Description
Masseria Salamina is a fortified farmhouse from the 17th century located in Pezze di Greco, a district of Fasano in Puglia. Originally built on a pre-existing settlement, it was expanded in the 1600s by Giuseppe Salamina, who planted over 200 hectares of olive trees, some of which are now over 400 years old. Over the centuries, the farmhouse has undergone various renovations to meet the agricultural needs of the time while preserving its original appearance. Today, it stands as a symbol of modernity with deep roots in the past.
Set in the Apulian countryside, amidst centuries-old olive groves and just a few kilometers from the sea, Masseria Salamina is strategically located for exploring the Valley of Itria, Ostuni, and the Adriatic beaches.
