Masseria La Palombara

In Salve, just steps away from the sea, nestled in the warm land of lower Salento, lies the agriturismo 'Masseria La Palombara', a typical late 19th-century building that has always served as accommodation for those who worked its lands. Many farming families used to reside in the masseria, forming a small community to cultivate vast fields of vines, fig trees, or to graze flocks under the vigilant eye of the steward.

Today, after years of neglect, it has been restored to its ancient and rustic charm (while preserving its original architecture as much as possible) to offer hospitality to those who wish to enjoy a pleasant holiday in direct contact with nature and close to the beautiful beaches of fine sand in Pescoluse.
During the day, guests can visit the most important cities that represent Salento, such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Gallipoli, and the stunning Lecce.

For those who love the countryside and nature, you will be pleased to know that we offer not only jams, preserves, and organic products, but we also produce Millefiori honey from our bees.
