Antica Masseria Pescu – Presicce

Antica Masseria Pescu dates back to the 12th century and is one of the most captivating historic masserie in Salento, set in an oak forest and Mediterranean scrub. It houses an underground trappeto, an ancient olive oil mill entirely carved by hand into the rock, a living testament to the local agricultural tradition. Today, it has been carefully restored by the resident family, preserving the authentic rural atmosphere of the place.

The masseria is located in Presicce, one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy,” just a few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca, Ugento, Gallipoli, and the famous beaches known as the Maldives of Salento. It is surrounded by countryside yet just a few minutes on foot from the historic center of the town. The location is ideal for exploring both the Ionian coast and the Salento inland.

Maximum capacity.

The structure can accommodate up to 22 guests and is divided into:

• Junior Suite: double or triple rooms with independent entrance, shaded veranda with tables and chairs, private bathroom, extra-large double bed (and sofa bed where provided), air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, safe, hairdryer, and desk. B&B service with buffet breakfast included.

• Appartamenti (Lodges): in residence formula, without breakfast and daily cleaning. They are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, outdoor veranda, air conditioning, and refrigerator with freezer. An outdoor barbecue is available for shared use.
